  1. Heating Throttle Valve 

ALD, MOCVD와 같이 Powder가 다량 발생되는 공정에서는 Powder가 Pump 방향으로 배기
되면서, 상대적으로 주변 온도보다 낮은 Flapper 위에 응고되어 Valve 동작 시 많은 문제를
야기시키고 있습니다. 타사의 경우 Heating Jacket을 씌우지만, Flapper에는 열전도가 원활이 이루어 지지 않기때문에, 효과가 미비합니다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 당사 Heating Valve는 Valve Body 뿐만아니라, Flapper 내부에도 Heater를 내장하여 flapper 에 Powder가 쌓이는 현상을 해결할 수 있으며, Valve 사용 주기도 개선하였습니다.
